5 things we love about Google Keep

Did you know Google Workspace has a sticky notes feature that you can use in most applications?

Here are 5 things we love about Google Keep

1. You can access your notes anywhere, on any device.

There's a web app and a mobile app, your notes can be accessed via the side panel in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and more.

2. It’s built around a search, so you can find a note from years ago in seconds.

3. You can organise notes by client or project with Labels and colours.

4. You can create checklists which are great for shopping lists and handovers, they are shareable, so you can keep track of what’s been completed!

5. Handwritten notes can be converted to typed text.

With the mobile app, you can take a picture of a handwritten note (or anything with text on it) and use the ‘Grab image text’ feature. It will then add the text as typed text in your note. This can be super useful for long WiFi passwords.
