You can protect Sheets and Ranges in Google Sheets, where only you can access them or you can give access to specific people.
Step 1 - Click the Data drop-down and select 'Protect Sheets & Ranges' or select a range and right-click to select 'Protect range'.

Step 2 - Select which range or sheet you would like to protect and add a description.

Step 3 - Click 'set permissions' and decide if you want it to show a warning message or stop access completely. Add the users you would like to allow access or select 'only you'.

Step 4 - Click 'Done' and now your range is protected.
