How to Customise Your Navigation Bar in Microsoft Teams
Did you know you can customise the navigation bar in Microsoft Teams?
For example, Lauren doesn't use the Calls section but uses OneNote and Planner daily, therefore she has customised the navigation to include all the tools she utilises daily. You can pin and unpin apps to the menu.

To customise the icons on your toolbar:
Step 1 - Click the 3 dots towards the bottom of the navigation toolbar.
Step 2 - Find the app you would like to add and right-click to select 'Pin'

Step 3 - Right-click on the app you want to remove from the navigation bar and select 'Unpin.'
