How to Change your Background in a MS Teams Meeting

We love to change our backgrounds in Microsoft Teams. Depending on the scenario we might go for a little fun in an internal Teams meeting, if it's a client meeting we might prefer a home office vibe.

Step 1 - To change your background in a Microsoft Teams call, click the 'Effects and avatars' option and ensure your camera is switched on.

To add a blur click the first option, 'Standard blur'.

Step 2 - You can have some fun with the animated backgrounds that offer a dynamic feel.

Step 3 - To view more background options click the 'More video effects' option as shown above to open the side panel to the right. Below we are showcasing a home office background, we would use a background like this for our Microsoft Teams Training.
