Collaborate on Teams Meeting Notes with Microsoft Loop
Collaborate on Meeting Notes in Teams with Microsoft Loop. Microsoft's collaborative workspace combines documents, tasks, and more in a dynamic, shared workspace.
With this feature, you can:
✅ Keep everyone in the loop (pun intended) - the agenda/note changes are instantly reflected for everyone, so you don’t need to keep sending an updated version of the agenda anymore.
✅ Access your meeting notes directly within your Teams meeting window, eliminating the need to switch between apps.
✅ Edit meeting notes simultaneously with your team.
✅ Assign follow-up tasks which notify the assignee and the task can be found in their Planner app.
Step 1 - From your Teams Calendar, schedule a meeting - click the arrow to the right of the 'New meeting' button.

Step 2 - When you schedule a Teams meeting in the Teams Calendar, you can choose to ‘Add an agenda' at the bottom of the new meeting box.

This generates a live Loop component for the meeting agenda, notes, and actions.
