Collaborate on an Excel file in a Teams meeting

During an MS Teams meeting, you can collaborate on an Excel file with colleagues

To do this:

1. Go to 'Share'

2. Select a recent #Excel file from the 'Excel live' section (or select Open in #OneDrive or Browse my computer to see more files) 📉

3. Select 'Share'

Everyone can now edit the file together within the meeting window 💻

Something to note:

External users aren't provided access to the file in the meeting itself. They can access the file by opening it in a browser window.

Guest users (who aren't logged into 365) aren't given access to the file either. A guest user with pre-existing access to the file can open it in a browser window.
